I think i've asked about this before. I would like to be able to tell how many leads a sales person has been given during a specific period and also how many have been converted to potentials.

 

This was easy in Sales force as sales force always kept the original lead just marked it as converted.

 

I can't seem to do this in Zoho...... also it is very limited waht you can report on in leads...etc...
