I have had an MS Access database for many years for the purpose of making and tracking workorders. In its simplest form this could be records made of text fields, no numeric values. I have several Queries, Forms and Reports within the database for different views and filtering of the information. Because none of the data is numerical there needs to be no calculations.
When I upload the Access database to Zoho Reports only the Tables are uploaded - no Queries, Forms or Reports. I have not been able to upload the Access database to Creator due to some errors not yet resolved by Creator support, but I assume it will be the same as I see no function for Queries, Forms or Reports in Creator either. I can see how to query the Tables in Zoho Reports, but in all my attempts to create a Report for just one record of the Table I have failed, because the purpose of Zoho Reports only seems to be to apply numerical calculations for the result of the Report. How do I create a Form for one record? How do I create a Report designed to simply present the unchanged (text) data for one record using Zoho Creator and/or Zoho Reports? Sincerely Barry Lay
