Report for Warranty work

I am a home builder and I would like to set up cases or other module to handle warranty work after home closing. My customer (contacts) give us a list of warranty items to correct 60 days and 10 months after closing. We then give the warranty item to a vendor to do the work.  I would like to enter each warranty item and be able to print a report with the warranty item description and the customers contact information and the vendors contact information. Any help would be appreciated.
