When I was in free account, I did 1 report and erase it. Then a message says "
You can only have a maximum of 2 reports under this account. Kindly upgrade to a suitable plan to create more "
Well, it was free. No complains.
Now I have upgrade it to basic plan, I have not created any report but today I got:
You can only have a maximum of 5 reports under this account. Kindly upgrade to a suitable plan to create more
Now I cannot create even one report.
Could you please help me here?
