Report of Completed Tasks

How can I get a list or report of all tasks that have been completed for a period of time? Most likely I would want Tasks completed "Last Week" and "This Week" but I could also need to use a date range.

Our client has asked us to provide a list of completed tasks. I don't see an easy way to do this.
