Report on Activities

PROBLEM: Trying to create a report on ALL ACTIVITIES.

THE GOAL: To create a weekly report that sends me and my sales reps. ALL ACTIVITY on ALL ITEMS in ONE REPORT. A snap shot of what happened this week in activities.

I need the report to show ALL ACTIVITIES that are created whether they apply to contacts, potentials or whatever module they were created in.

REPORT SAMPLE: Date Created | Account Name | Contact Name | Phone | City | State | Subject | Acct. Custom Field #1 | Acct. Custom Field #2 | Activity Owner

CURRENT SITUATION:  Right now it appears I have to create a report on activities for accounts, then another for potentials, then another for cases. The current reporting is module specific and does not give me anything from multiple modules in one report. This will not work - need one report for all modules.

Does this exist and/or am I missing something?
