I need to get a report showing the stages of each active potential for a weeks time period

 

So for as of 5/27/13 I need to see what the status of all my accounts were on this day. Do I have the correct parameters

If I use an advanced range of 05/21/13 to 5/27/13 I do not get all the accounts. when I use 01/01/13 to 05/27/13 some accounts do not appear on my report. I would also like to run this for a specific time period on any given day. I was told the only way this can work is if I run the report on 5/27/13 showing that days stage status's.
