Thank you for answering my question. I think I didn’t phrase it well. So, I want to run a report of my closed chats with a specific (tag or Keyword) and then narrow it down by country.

 

Example:  Lead/Contact comes into Chat and asks a question with the keyword; Error. Out of that selection, I want to narrow down THAT list by country.

                   1000 Chatters use the keyword; Error and 50 of them were in the United States.

 

Hopefully, this is possible.
