Report scheduler XLS file not opening with Blackberry

Report scheduler XLS file not opening with Blackberry

I am sending the report scheduler file to an external email address, however, the file cannot be opened on her blackberry.

The message is Document Conversation has been failed.

Does anyone know what this is or why it does not open?  Other XLS files can be opened on the blackberry.
