Is there a way that I can produce and publish a report so that it does not timeout when I log out of my account?

 

Currently, viewers can access a report I produced and published and all of its capabilities (i.e. Excel Download) as long as I am logged into my account.  Once I log out of my account, users can no longer utilize the download featur
