I'm trying to create a report that shows emails sent and received by contacts.

I can generate a report showing emails sent TO the contacts, but it doesnt show the emails received by them.

My end goal is to measure the response time from when an email is received till when it is replied to.

So ideally I would have columns showing received time, responded time, and the time difference between the two.

Is it possible to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
