I am trying to configure a report in order to measure weekly changes in client status. Because I need to know certain field updates I try to configure this in reports. Unfortunately this is not possible to add the standard filter when " certain field is updated". Only account, this makes the reporting not very trustworthy...

Can you help or develop a field update standard filter, or does it already exist?
