reporting on active contacts/ accounts etc
Hello,
After experimenting with the application, I note that I can not find a way to run a report that would screen accounts or contacts for which some activities took place for a given period ( i.e a note would have been created ).
This is important to monitor the activity level of contacts owners. Did I miss something ?
If not, Please note that this is very important. Managers need to be able to assess activity levels of their staff, beyond lead/account/opportunity creation.
