I have a client who has a chain of restaurants and have set each restaurant up as an account each pointing to the group account using the parent account field.

What I can not seem to be able to do is to build a report showing all potentials for a given parent account, i.e so head office can see a group wide image of the activity in their business.

I would assume that this can be done the question is how?

I have tried a potential/ account report and it does not seem to work.

I look forward to some suggestions.
