Reporting - Sales Persons Leads.

Hello,

I want to be able to run a report to see how many leads each salesperson has been assigned?

We assign leads to a person.....they will either close the lead with a reason or convert to a potential if there is an opportunity to sell to them.

I can't see a way of tracking how many leads they have had each.......this is essential for tracking conversion rates.

I can tell how many leads they converted but not over all assigned leads...

Please help...
