Reports

I am trying to create a report that has the following structure:

Owner(1)
Account (1)
Potential (1)
Activity / Description / Due Date (1.1)
Potential (2)
Activity/Description/Due Date (2.1)
Activity/Description/Due Date (2.2)
Account (2) etc

Owner(2)

I have tried this by starting with the activities and adding the account and potentials as "sub tables" - I then group by:

Account Owner then Account then Potential Name

I select Activity description as the column to display - however, I don't get what I expect - I get no potential name and the activity description looks inaccurate
