Reports are case sensitive - how to solve?

Reports are case sensitive - how to solve?


I'm trying to run an accounts/sales by destination report, however Zoho is not consolidating the country by country info into a single record - because it is recognising case differences.

e.g. UNITED KINGDOM / United Kingdom / united kingdom / UNITED KINGDOM

would result in four lines of the report - when there should only be one.
