Lately my sales team is unable to show accurate numbers for emails sent and received in Zoho reports. I was told by Zoho that we have to physically respond to every email in Zoho CRM. Dashboards, Email Analytics, Emails and calls analytics report all shows different numbers. I just need to know how many emails my sales team is sending and receiving on a daily, weekly basis. We use Outlook.
Is anyone else having this issue? Does anyone know how to combat this issue?
