Reports causing mass duplication

Reports causing mass duplication

I am simply trying to run a query on our existing accounts with the following columns:

Account Name
Status
Account Size
Support Level
DSM Status
Account Person

When I generate this report it's taking my 1101 clients and saying there are 1950 clients.  When I look at the report, a bunch of the clients are listed more than one time (sometimes up to 6).  What am I doing wrong that's generating all these duplicates?  I went into the accounts section and none of these accounts are listed twice.
