We are coming from Salesforce and there you can filter CRM Reports by "Me and my Team", when you open a report like that you see your records and if you are a Team Manager you see all your subordinates' records.

It's about getting your subordinates' records in the same report they use. If they open the report they see only their records.

It allows you to handle only 1 report for you and your Team.

Actually in Zoho CRM you have to build 2 reports, 1st yours including all your subordinates and 2nd for your subordinates filtered by "Logged user" for each of them to see their records. The problem is when you have 30 reports for you and the same 30 for your subordinates and you need to change anything, it's too hard to go making changes to 2 reports every time (yours and theirs). By allowing to filter by "Me and my team" the manager will have 1 report for the team to check individually their records and the same report will work to see all the team's records when opened by the manager.

This is very important for companies with multiple Teams and Departments.
