Reports function in CRM - display checkbox instead of True/False values

Hi there,
I've created a report view, which shows a list of all records, and shows several columns of data for each record row.
This is used as a workflow for my team.

My question is this - one of the fields displayed in the actual record is a checkbox field.  However, when displayed in the report table, the results don't show the checkbox, they instead show the value of true or false.  Is there a way I can have the report view display the actual empty checkbox (for false) or filled in checkbox (for true?)

Also, two other small issues...  Some of the columns in the report view can be filtered, but others cannot.  Is there a reason for this?  Or a way that I can make them all filterable?

And lastly, occasionally the ability to resize the columns in the view disappears.  Is this due to a Global update occurring?
