Reports - Need to get the resolved person report.

Currently, we struck up with retrieving the data of resolved bugs by the developer. We can't able to extract who have resolved the bug. Since the bug is fixed, it will be routed to the bug reporter. Hence assignee will be bug reporter. So we couldn't able to retrieve the resolved person. 

Please address this. Let me know for any clarifications.
