I have had the same issue for two weeks now. Our saved reports do not work. We can create a new report no problem. But we need to use the sames reports daily.
Please help. I have spoken with three Zoho customer service reps and the issue persists.
We have three paid accounts with Zoho CRM, this issue needs to be fixed so that we can continue our daily tasks.
