I have been working with Zoho for 2 years now, and I am having problems with these same type of reports.
I am trying to create reports and dashboards for Contacts/Leads/Deals/Accounts that have had NO or Zero Activity for last 90 days. (activity i refer to is Calls or Meetings, (notes is a valid activity that a salesperson has to put in (but also if confiogured with salesIQ notes are automatic, but still valid)
However, whenever i do reports, it does not have an option to choose Contacts/leads etc, WITH NO (Calls, or activities or Notes in the last amount of time.
The problem with activity, is whenever there are workflows or automatizations this is logged as activity, so it doesnt really give full information, or show true activity of a person. (Call, meeting, Notes).
Is there a way to create a report of Contacts/Leads/Deals etc that can show last 60 days accounts with no notes? or no calls or no meetings? and group this together? (because if i have a call, meeting or notes, it is some type of real activity.)
If it is a workflow, actualization or something automated, it doesnt give me real information. I have been trying for 1 months this report, i had a partner last year, but they couldnt help.
I have read many notes from years before, and there are many people with this problem.
NOTES
It seems like a simple fix - because I CAN CO TO EACH MODULE - and filter Contacts with No Notes in last amount of time, and this will show me. The problem is, that it is not possible to create a report from this. (so that i can measure sales people, segment where the problem is, type of client, etc.
ACTIVITIES
I can also filter last activity in a period of time, however it is ALL ACTIVITIES which include automizations and workflows, actualizations, etc, so this does not give me accurate information. and this is also just in the filter area of a module and does not allow me to create a report.
It seems like a simple fix, and hopefully it is already done, and i have just not seen it.
