Currently in order to remove a Completed Project from my Dashboard watchlist, I first have to make it Active (and provide a reason, which is fewer than 50 characters, an unreasonable limitation). Then remove it from the Dashboard Watchlist, then set it as Completed again.

It would make sense to simply allow this operation for Completed projects. I often set a project as Completed but forget to remove it from the Dashboard first.
