Request for contact update
Greetings all!
We are in the process of moving over from SF to Zoho and the one feature I would really like to see if a "Request Update" for contacts. SF has this feature and we use it frequently to send a request to our customers to update their contact information.
When the button is clicked it sends an e-mail using our template (which Zoho offers) and inserts the current information we show for them. When they receive the e-mail they can click on either "update information" which leads them to a SF site where they can modify/change their existing information or "verify information" if there are no changes.
On our end we receive an e-mail back with their updated or verified information and can click on update to update the info in SF or verify to record that their information is current. This is a tremendous tool and allows us to make sure we are up to date with our contacts.
Is this something that is on the radar for Zoho CRM or is there similar functionality that I'm just not seeing?
