Request in an option view including a non-active user impossible

Hello,

I need to create a view based on options made by a user that is not longer in the company and has been desactivated. But when you want to do a request zoho allow you to pick up only "active user" and you cannot change the menu to pick up non active user... I really need to do it... thanks for your help
