Request opt-in email templates

Hello,

Two things about the Request Opt-In function I would like to see it modified.

1) When I click on "Request Opt-In" for a candidate, I would like to have the choice to select amongst different templates I would have previously created . At the moment, I only have one template to appear (I can review and modify it but I do not want to modify the text manually each time).

In fact, I do not ask for "Request Opt-in" at the same stage of the relationship with candidates, with everyone of them. Some of them, they accept Opt-In on the application form, some don't (applications coming from Indeed), some of them it is before meeting the client, some when they got an offer, and so on... You got the idea I guess.

Instead, I would like to be able to create different "Request Opt-in" email templates for every situation, so when I click on "Request Opt-In", it would open a list where I could select the most relevant template.

2) Why can't we modify the text of the red and green buttons? Maybe it is because English is not my mother tongue, but I do not find very explicit the words "opt-in" and "opt-out". I would have chosen something more straight to the point "keep my cv" and "delete my cv".

Could you do that please?
