I would like to request your assistance regarding our Zoho Accounts administrator access.

Our current Super Admin, has unfortunately forgotten her password and is unable to access her account. As a result, we are unable to reset or recover the account through the normal process.

Could you please change the Super Admin role so that we can regain administrative access and reset the password ?
