As a CRM admin, you have a tonne of challenges to work on, but not everyone gets the criticality of what you do. With this survey, we aim to understand a CRM admin's work life and analyze just how vital they are critical to sales revenue. We'll compile data we've gathered from industry along with the data you provide, and share with the CRM community, in a form of an analytical infographic. We believe this information will enable admins to start their CRM career on the right note and, will give a frame of reference to the experienced CRM admins.
