I want to be able to view the email of other employees in my organisation by setting their email as shared. This way if they are on vacation or dealing with a serious issue for my organisation I can check on their business email account that belongs to my organisation. No privacy issue here as their company email is for company business only.

 

I currently use a tool called uvc which is also hosted on the web and it can do this among other good sharing capabilities. Will zoho permit this in the future as an option an administrator can setup.
