We have a custom field called Task Type that is marked as required and has a list of 4 values. Everywhere we add a task, the task type is shown so it can be selected. EXCEPT when adding a task as part of a macro. In this dialog the task is not available to select. 

This is a bug as there is no way to provide a value for a field marked as required. Why are these to actions not using the same dialog??
