Required fields when creating a lead with the API

We have a WordPress plugin that allows users to send data between Gravity Forms ( a WordPress Plugin) and the Zoho CRM api - to create a lead.

I was wanting to know what are the required fields that MUST be sent to the api in order for a lead to be created?
