1. I have been on hold with sales for 2 hours, how bad is the customer service over here.  It keeps music running in a constant loop saying im the number one in line.  Talk about a slap in the face.

2. Without warning you disabled my ability to receive emails, I need this rectified IMMEDIATELY

3. I have bene trying to upgrade, and it gives me an error message each time.
