In our organization we are trying to reset the administrator password, but it is not possible because although we put the code to the registered phone number, then we put a new password, but also asks for a company name and when we place it appears error.

Will they have any other way to access or reset the password?

The administrator is   info@icrmedia.pe. Or maybe you can tell us exactly what we should put in the name of the company.
