Reseting an administrator account to reconnect with googleapps

I had zoho crm connecting fine with my googleapps account. We then had advice to add zoho from google marketplace to enable gmail connectivity. The Add from google marketplace seems to have disconnected the link with zoho. When i go in zoho crm to setup, google apps the screen just is blank saying "loading" and it does not resolve.

If i add a new user then goto setup, google apps then it says it needs google to grant access.

How do i reset the adminstrator account to recognise and ask to grant access to connect to google again?
