Resetting pop password

Resetting pop password

I recently had to reset my pop password at server level. So I need to change it on Zoho Mail in order to download mails again into Zoho Mail.

When I try to reset it, following this procedure:
-  Go to settings
-  click on mail accounts
-  click on edit for the appropriate email box to administrate
-  fill in the new password
- doesn't want to update
The return message I get: "Zoho Account already exists for User"

Thus I am unable to reset it, unable to download my mail.

I've send 5 enquiries using different support platforms, no tickets received, no response.
