**RESOLVED**Unable to import Outlookcontacts to Zoho
I create a .csv file by exporting my contacts from Outlook 2003.
When I choose import from contacts in Zoho Business I choose import from desktop option.
When I point Zoho at the contacts.csv file I created it goes to the next screen with the drop down menus for mapping field names.
Nothing appears in these drop downs even though there are header fields in my exported outlook file. See attached.
I tried putting in dummy emails for the entried for those that had none and still problem.
UPDATE
I've also tried exporting my contacts from Zoho CRM and importing them. I don't open the file before trying to import in case I change the format.
Still get exactly the same problem
Is there a bug with Zoho Contacts in Zoho Business?

Excel was appending extra ,,,, at the end of the file
