As a project manager consultant, I often find that I need to track Client Users resource utilization. When I run the Utilization report,the report only includes  internal users. Client Users are not shown in the report.

The way I get around this limitation is to export the entire project plan, duplicated tasks that have been assigned to multiple Client resources and then do a cross tab report in Excel.

This is a lot of work and very unproductive.

Is this a design feature or a bug?
