One major parameter is missing in zoho's task today: work load.
Duration does not mean actual work.
A task may take 3 weeks to be accomplished but will only take 30 hours of work.
If we had this on Zoho, we could then realy look at utilization of resources. Today, the new gantt view for resource allocation is not useful: it assumes someone works on 1 task at the time!
Project Managers have many tasks with certain duration that will take a certain work during that timeframe...
Can you please add the "work" time in addition to the duration time... and then you can modify your resource utilization Gantt view with something relevant based on work time?
