Is there a way i can assign resources with a limited capacity like excavator or crane, or resources with infinite capacity like materials to tasks or subtasks? Track the capacity utilization of limited capacity resources?

I also need to define the unit costs (hourly rates, unit prices etc.) of these resources and track their affect to the project budget. Planned vs actual would be great :) 

If not possible now, do you have a planned date for a release with these abilities?
