ResponseCode 421,

HO Getting this all the time when sending chase emails to people, how do I know if they actually get them?

I typically chase around 20 or 30 people a week using the same text in the mail, and yesterday started to get this when I did them one after the other.

Is there something I can do it fix at my end?
