Responsive (mobile enabled) HTML email templates?
I have set up a HTML mobile enabled email template that has been tested in Salesforce's template setup - It works perfectly in SF. I have tried many different ways to get it to work in Zoho's CRM, but it keeps stripping out the mobile formatting options. Can you help? The reason why this is so important is that it is selling the responsive formatting service.
