Just evaluating Zoho CRM for a client and my first task is to integrate the web forms with a responsive/mobile friendly site.

The embed code generated by your web forms is unhelpful to modern day web development. 

1. All the styles are in-line, hard coded meaning they are difficult to over-ride 

2. Forms are not responsive / mobile friendly

3. Forms are table based

Can I suggest you look at updating the embed code to be more flexible and to allow developers to integrate more easily with modern mobile-friendly sites.

The current embed code also makes too many assumptions about the sites they are being displayed on. IE that we need black text, fixed width forms etc etc.

I've used SalesForce, FormAssembly, SurveyMonkey etc etc and they are all easier to integrate with modern frameworks such as Zurb Foundation, Twitter Bootstrap etc.
