I've pitched Zoho to a client and have begun customizing it to their needs. One thing I'm not clear on is the account level security.
The client would like to be able to view all Accounts/Leads as the owner.
He also has a team of sales people. The sales people should be able to view and access Accounts or Leads that they have entered/own.
The sales people have "recruits". The sales people should be able to view their recruits accounts or leads. The recruits, should only be able to access and view the accounts or leads that they've entered/own.
Can this be accomplished with Zoho CRM?
