Dear Zoho Recruit Community,
We hope this message finds you well. This post is to inform you about some important updates regarding email restrictions within Zoho Recruit. Effective post 30th November 2024, we will be implementing changes to the use of email domains within our platform.
Restriction on Public Domains
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance security and ensure the integrity of communications, Zoho Recruit will now restrict the usage of public email domains such as @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, and others.
To avoid any disruptions in your email communications, it is imperative that users configure their Zoho Recruit accounts with their business email addresses (registered under the company domain), utilizing their respective business domains. All users are required to update their registered email addresses in Zoho Accounts to reflect their business email.
Additionally, administrators must ensure that any custom 'From' addresses configured within the platform also adhere to this requirement.
Impact Areas
The restriction will apply to various email functionalities within Zoho Recruit, including Send Email, Mass Mail, Workflow Alerts, Approval Processes, Blueprint, Offers, Schedule Mass Email, Client/Hiring Manager Submissions, etc.
We understand that these changes may require some adjustments on your part, but please rest assured that they are being implemented with the sole purpose of enhancing security and streamlining communications within the Zoho Recruit ecosystem.
Should you require any assistance or have any questions regarding these changes, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer support team at support@zohorecruit.com.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and we appreciate your continued support as we strive to provide you with the best possible experience using Zoho Recruit.
