We’ve made significant updates to the Company Information page to enhance usability and streamline your experience. These changes are part of our ongoing efforts to restructure the feature pages across the product.
Previously, the company information page was divided into two sections:
Now, the layout has three distinct sections to give a more organized experience:
The Zoho Desk team determined these changes would help enhance clarity and simplify navigation by logically grouping related information. By having separate sections for Profile, Primary Information, and Address Details, users can easily manage their company information and ensure a smoother experience when updating or comparing details.
Availability
This update is be available to all users across all the data centers. Do give it a try and provide your suggestions and feedback in the comments below.
