Retry mail errors - more information

Hello,

I have a couple of errors that I'm not sure exactly what they mean, or what I need to do to resolve them:

4.7.1 : Client host rejected: Greylisted for 5 minutes
4.7.1 : Recipient address rejected: Greylisted for 5 minutes

Is there a reason why the emails might be rejected?

Additionally, I had an issue with recipients of an email saying they were receiving the email multiple times. When I checked the 'Retry mail' list under Troubleshoot, I saw that the email had an error for one of the recipients of 'mailbox unavailable' and hence it had been retrying the email, however, it seems that the email was being resent to all the recipients on the list, not just the 'unavailable' one. I've now deleted the email, so should be fine, but I'm not sure why it was resending it to the other recipients - is this a known bug?
