We require this feature to be able to advance the tasks which are not being taken on by their assignees because of different reasons. When an assignee is not able to advance their tasks but we do know that the particular job of the task has been finished then we get stuck on those tasks. The blueprint feature on Zoho Desk has the
"Revoke Blueprint" feature which enables an authorized agent to advance those tasks which get stuck because of such reasons.
Please consider introducing the same functionality into tasks on Zoho Projects.
