RFC-Clueless.org Postmaster Submission

I recently checked my domain and realized that it is listed on the postmaster.rfc-clueless.org for the following reason:

Domain shares an MX record (mx2.zoho.com) for a mail exchange which will not accept mail to the administrator.

So, does Zoho follows the RFC?
